Banana Blueberry Matcha Smoothie

 

1 Banana (fresh or frozen)

1/2 cup Blueberries (fresh or frozen)

1 tsp Matcha

1/2 cup Spinach (fresh or frozen)

1/3 cup cucumber

2/3 cup Soy yogurt

1/4 cup Almond

1 tsp Flax Seed

4 Dates (or 1 tbsp honey if non vegan)

1/2 tsp Cinnamon or Vanilla extract (optional)

6 Ice cubes

Blend ingredients until smooth and enjoy!

Note: This smoothie is refreshing and healthy! Filled with vitamins, antioxidants, and healthy fats/proteins and fibers. Sometimes I add pea protein powder, collagen peptides, and amino acids (L-theanine and/or L-tyrosine for mental focus). This is an excellent start to your day!
