Weekly Yoga Schedule
Enjoy the sounds of the waves and the fresh ocean air! Weekly yoga class offered Mondays at the beach in Ponta do Sol and Wednesdays at the Estalagem hotel. The class will be a 60 minute Power Vinyasa Flow overlooking the Ocean.
*Mats are available for rent at €1.
